. Pre-operative Care:<ul><li>Prepare the operation theatre by ensuring all necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies are sterile and available.</li><li>Check and prepare the patient for surgery as per protocol.</li><li>Verify patient identity, consent, and surgical site as per hospital policy.</li><li>Assist anesthetist during induction of anesthesia.</li></ul>2. Intra-operative Care:<ul><li>Maintain a sterile field and assist surgeons during the procedure.</li><li>Handle surgical instruments, sponges, and sutures efficiently.</li><li>Monitor and record patient&rsquo;s vital signs during the procedure.</li><li>Ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens.</li><li>Maintain accurate intra-operative documentation.</li></ul>3. Post-operative Care:<ul><li>Assist in transferring the patient safely to the recovery room.</li><li>Provide immediate post-operative care and monitoring.</li><li>Handover patient details to the recovery staff as per protocol.</li></ul>4. Infection Control &amp; Safety:<ul><li>Adhere to infection control policies and aseptic techniques.</li><li>Ensure proper sterilization and disinfection of instruments and equipment.</li><li>Dispose of biomedical waste as per hospital policy.</li><li>Report any equipment malfunction or safety hazard to the in-charge nurse.</li></ul>5. Administrative &amp; Other Duties:<ul><li>Maintain accurate OT records, checklists, and equipment logs.</li><li>Participate in OT team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.</li><li>Attend continuing nursing education and training sessions.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,086.00 - &#8377;30,714.04 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
