About the Group: We are a group of restaurants specializing in Italian, Asian, and burger cuisines, seeking to expand our marketing team with a professional who can support our growth in both local and regional markets.Job Title: Marketing Manager &ndash; responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, increasing sales, and strengthening the brand identity across all branches in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute monthly and annual marketing plans for the restaurants.</li><li>Manage advertising campaigns both online and offline (Social Media, Google Ads, Influencers, etc.).</li><li>Analyze marketing campaign results and prepare performance reports.</li><li>Coordinate with branch managers to ensure consistency of promotions and offers.</li><li>Propose creative ideas for promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations.</li><li>Supervise design and advertising content with the creative team.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the F&amp;B or restaurant sector).</li><li>Strong skills in digital marketing and data analysis.</li><li>Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>A valid UAE driving license and personal car are mandatory.</li><li>Valid residence visa or eligibility to obtain a new one.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Attractive salary package (based on experience).</li><li>Work visa provided.</li><li>Professional and growth-oriented work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
