Key responsibilitiesAudit planning &amp; execution<ul><li>Perform risk assessments and contribute to the annual internal audit plan</li><li>Lead end-to-end audits (planning &rarr; fieldwork &rarr; reporting &rarr; follow-up)</li><li>Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls</li><li>Conduct financial, operational, compliance, and franchise audits</li></ul>Operational &amp; F&amp;B focus<ul><li>Review inventory controls, wastage, shrinkage, and cost controls</li><li>Assess procurement, vendor management, and supply chain processes</li><li>Audit POS systems, revenue recognition, cash handling, and store controls</li><li>Evaluate food safety, regulatory compliance, and licensing adherence</li></ul>Risk &amp; governance<ul><li>Identify control weaknesses and recommend remediation actions</li><li>Support enterprise risk management (ERM) activities</li><li>Monitor implementation of audit recommendations</li><li>Interface with external auditors and regulators when required</li></ul>Data analytics<ul><li>Use ERP/POS data to identify anomalies and trends</li><li>Apply analytics tools (SAP, Oracle, ACL, Power BI, Excel advanced)</li></ul>Stakeholder management<ul><li>Present findings to management</li><li>Work with operations, finance, and supply chain leaders</li><li>Maintain independence while influencing process improvement</li></ul>RequirementsExperience<ul><li>4&ndash;8+ years internal/external audit experience</li><li>Exposure to multi-site operations (restaurants, distribution, franchise)</li><li>Experience in F&amp;B, retail, hospitality, or consumer sector preferred</li></ul>Education &amp; certifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Accounting, Finance, or related</li><li>CIA / ACCA / CPA (preferred or in progress)</li></ul>Technical skills<ul><li>Internal control frameworks (COSO)</li><li>Risk-based auditing</li><li>ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)</li><li>Advanced Excel + analytics tools</li></ul>Competencies<ul><li>Strong analytical judgment</li><li>Process mapping and control design</li><li>Report writing and presentation</li><li>Stakeholder influence</li><li>High integrity and professional skepticism</li></ul>Reporting line<ul><li>Typically reports to Internal Audit Manager / Head of Internal Audit</li><li>Regular interaction with Finance Director, Operations, and Supply Chain</li></ul>KPIs / performance metrics<ul><li>Audit plan completion rate</li><li>Quality and practicality of recommendations</li><li>Reduction in control gaps / repeat findings</li><li>Stakeholder satisfaction</li><li>Contribution to risk maturity</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED10,000.00 per month
