 CRM &amp; Growth Manager
 
 who will own the entire customer lifecycle &mdash; from acquisition to retention &mdash; and design data-driven strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and sustainable growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a reputable university.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of proven experience in CRM, Growth, or Data Analytics &mdash; ideally in Betting, E-commerce, Fintech, iGaming, or Gaming industries,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and people management background,
 </li>
 <li>
 Deeply analytical mindset and strategic problem-solving skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SQL is a strong plus,
 </li>
 <li>
 Open-minded, data-driven, and growth-obsessed &mdash; you see the story behind the numbers.
 </li>

 Job Description:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead cross-functional teams including CRM, Data Analytics, and Call Center operations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage data and analytics teams to build a robust infrastructure for dashboards, reporting, and actionable insights,
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive strategic decision-making by applying advanced analytics and statistical methods to large datasets,
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage segmentation strategies (behavioral, monetary, etc.) to create targeted communications and relevant offers,
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and optimize all lifecycle campaigns including cross-sell, up-sell, retention, pre-churn, and churn strategies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee all internal communication channels (SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, pop-ups, etc.) to engage and activate existing users,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech Teams to enhance user engagement and conversion metrics.
 </li>
