About the Role</h2>
We are seeking a creative and strategic Healthcare Content Marketing Director to join our innovative marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing engaging healthcare-specific content and managing our social media presence.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Create, curate, and oversee production of high-quality healthcare-related content including blogs, videos, infographics, whitepapers, webinars, and patient/customer success stories.</li><li>
Develop and execute content and social media strategies tailored specifically to healthcare audiences, aligning closely with brand and business goals.</li><li>
Build foundational content for sales assets, including presentations and support copy for sales enablement activities.</li><li>
Build foundational content for partner onboarding support.</li><li>
Collaborate with clinical teams, subject matter experts, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and consistency of healthcare messaging.</li><li>
Monitor industry trends, healthcare news, and competitor strategies to inform content direction and identify new engagement opportunities.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h2>
Required:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.</li><li>
10+ years of experience in content marketing or healthcare communication roles.</li><li>
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, particularly for healthcare or patient-focused audiences.</li><li>
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and SEO tools.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of healthcare terminology, patient communication, compliance considerations, and healthcare content best practices.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Formerly a clinician.</li><li>
Experience working within healthcare organizations or health tech companies.</li><li>
Previous experience multimedia storytelling in healthcare settings.</li><li>
Social media experience.</li></ul>

This role requires travel to customer sites 1&ndash;3 times per month, with visits typically lasting 1&ndash;3 days. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can bring a flexible, hands-on approach to supporting our clients in person.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Role Overview</h2>
We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to lead the successful deployment and adoption of Hippocratic AI&rsquo;s technology across health systems in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for overseeing implementation, engaging key stakeholders, and ensuring our solutions are tailored to the needs of both local and U.S. healthcare contexts. This role requires experience leading technology implementation within health systems, strong communication skills, and cultural fluency across both U.S. and local markets. A strong working understanding of technologies such as AI, LLMs, or NLP is preferred.
Note: While this role is based internationally, we are also open to candidates currently located in the United States who are willing to relocate, provided they have existing authorization to live and work in the destination country.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Hippocratic AI&rsquo;s platform in health systems</li><li>
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, including administrative, operational, and IT leaders</li><li>
Translate business and operational needs into tailored implementation strategies</li><li>
Develop and execute training and change management plans to ensure successful adoption</li><li>
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to share customer feedback and refine solutions</li><li>
Monitor outcomes and continuously optimize workflows post-launch</li><li>
Coordinate with U.S.-based counterparts to ensure alignment across global deployments</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>
Proven experience managing or supporting technology implementations within health systems</li><li>
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, IT systems, and digital transformation best practices</li><li>
Professional fluency in both English and the local language (written and verbal)</li><li>
Deep familiarity with healthcare workflows, stakeholder environments, and system dynamics in both the U.S. and Singapore.</li><li>
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>
Working understanding of AI, large language models (LLMs), or natural language processing (NLP) and how they can be applied in healthcare settings</li><li>
