Our mission is simple: to provide an unparalleled shopping experience &mdash; exceeding expectations through exceptional service, thoughtful curation, and genuine connection with our customers.We are seeking a Sales Stylist who is passionate about contemporary fashion, excellence in client relations, and creativity in brand storytelling. This candidate will work directly alongside the CEO/Founder, shaping the future of Hiptique in our newest boutique.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience, cultivating long-term relationships and building a loyal clientele.</li><li>Strategically drive in-store sales and assist in achieving and exceeding sales goals.</li><li>Create sophisticated, brand-aligned social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Stories, Reels) that reflects the Hiptique aesthetic.</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and activations to strengthen client engagement and community presence.</li><li>Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses (luxury hotels, fitness studios, country clubs, chambers of commerce).</li><li>Stay informed about designer collections, brand stories, and product details to enhance the client experience.</li><li>Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and presentation standards.</li><li>Lead by example, maintaining a high standard of customer service and teamwork as we grow our team.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile:<ul><li>A true passion for fashion, styling, and selling &mdash; with a relentless focus on client satisfaction.</li><li>3+ years of experience in contemporary retail sales, preferably a multi-brand boutique.</li><li>Experience managing Client Book</li><li>A natural ability to connect with clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, creative initiative, and a results-driven mindset.</li><li>Modeling &amp; speaking for Social Media, creating content (showcasing new arrivals, outfits, etc).</li><li>Being self-motivated, adaptable, energized by the fast-paced environment of a growing boutique and staying just as energized on the quieter days.</li><li>Preferable experience working in a small business environment where everyone is expected to do a little bit of everything in a day.</li></ul>Additional Information:<ul><li>Part-Time: Starting at 25+ hours/week, including regular weekends and some holidays.</li><li>Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives.</li><li>Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladder &amp; lift up to 40 lbs.</li></ul>To Apply: Please submit your resume and a thoughtful cover letter explaining why you are the perfect fit for Hiptique.
