 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Business Development:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote Vibration Isolators and Seismic Support Systems to consultants, contractors, and developers across GCC and other regions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, appoint, and manage
 
 new distributors or agents
 
 in untapped markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop market entry strategies for emerging regions and build long-term channel partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Sales managers and regional heads to take reports of projects they are working on, specify and make sure Vibration isolators are in the project.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Project Engagement:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Visit project sites to provide technical support, presentations, and product demonstrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Hira products are
 
 specified and approved
 
 in major HVAC, MEP, and infrastructure projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with project engineers and consultants to understand design challenges and recommend tailored vibration isolation solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Marketing &amp; Strategy:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct
 
 market research
 
 to identify trends, competition, and pricing strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support product marketing, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide inputs for new product development or enhancement based on customer and project feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical &amp; Training Support:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct training sessions and seminars for distributors and internal sales teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare technical submittals, datasheets, and compliance documents as per project requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the design and R&amp;D teams to improve product performance and competitiveness.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Mechanical Engineering
 
 ,
 
 Civil Engineering
 
 , or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 5&ndash;8 years of experience
 
 in HVAC, MEP, or building materials industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in
 
 vibration isolation systems
 
 ,
 
 seismic supports
 
 , or related mechanical products preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong network of consultants, MEP contractors, and distributors across the GCC region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to
 
 travel frequently
 
 across GCC, Middle East, and other international markets.
 </li>
