Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Processing Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Excel and Saral TDS, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, statutory compliance, and reporting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.</li><li>Payroll Process for other companies</li><li>Maintain and update employee payroll records and attendance data.</li><li>Calculate earnings, deductions, bonuses, reimbursements, and other payroll components.</li><li>Handle TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory deductions and filings.</li><li>Use Saral TDS software for tax calculation, challan generation, and quarterly returns.</li><li>Generate payslips, payroll reports, and reconciliation statements in Excel.</li><li>Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries.</li><li>Assist in year-end activities like Form 16 generation and audit support.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, HR, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in payroll processing.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.) and Saral TDS.</li><li>Strong understanding of Indian payroll compliance and statutory laws.</li><li>High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to join immediately and commit to a 6-month contract.</li></ul>Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;12,999.95 - &#8377;40,006.55 per monthWork Location: In person
