Provides Corporate Estimating Support to all districts. Estimating managers areresponsible for estimating the cost of projects and materials. They work with a variety ofdifferent teams, including construction crews, purchasing agents, and other managers todetermine how much it will cost to complete a project or purchase certain materials.Reports to the Local Regional Vice President and Vice President of Estimating.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:<ul><li>Embrace the company&rsquo;s Core Values in all aspects of the job</li><li>Manage estimators and assistant estimators</li><li>Prepare quantity take-offs</li><li>Determine initial production rates</li><li>Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine work requirements</li><li>Review bids from vendors or contractors to ensure they are fair and reasonable</li><li>Coordinate with other managers to ensure schedules are met and projects are completed on time</li><li>Review progress on projects and adjust schedules as needed</li><li>Estimate materials costs and labour hours needed to complete projects</li><li>Manage a team of employees to ensure that work is performed efficiently and effectively.</li><li>Ensure that contractors meet safety standards and comply with local regulations</li><li>Review finished products to ensure that they meet quality standards</li><li>Keep records of all project details and documentation, such as contracts, bids, and correspondence.</li><li>Develop initial resource requirements</li><li>Solicit material and subcontractor pricing</li><li>Establish preliminary project schedules</li></ul>SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, &amp; EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>4-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.</li><li>10 years of estimating, cost control, and/or engineering experience (at least 4 years estimating experience) in a similar facility construction.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of company procedure, estimating techniques, and all engineering disciplines, cost control systems and accounts.</li><li>Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts, plus ability to coordinate and supervise group work effort.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>estimating, cost control, and/or engineering: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Estimating Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Record-Keeping &amp; Transactions<ul><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.</li><li>Maintain general ledger entries, categorize expenses, and reconcile accounts.</li><li>Process bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and ensure error-free financial records.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit &amp; loss statements and cash flow reports.</li><li>Track and record business expenses, invoices, and receipts for financial accuracy.</li><li>Process payments and reimbursements while ensuring proper documentation.</li></ul>Bookkeeping &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain and organize financial records in compliance with US GAAP.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy of journal entries, expense reports, and payroll records.</li><li>Assist in preparing tax documents for CPA coordination, including 1099 contractor information.</li><li>Verify and reconcile vendor invoices, bank statements, and loan payments.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.</li><li>Implement best practices for financial organization and documentation.</li><li>Assist with financial audits by providing necessary documentation and support.</li><li>Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements for accuracy and productivity.</li></ul>RequirementsRequired Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial record management.</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP).</li><li>Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Google Sheets.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,316,688.00 - &#8377;1,580,030.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Chartered Accountant: 4 years (Required)</li><li>US Accounting: 4 years (Required)</li><li>US GAAP.: 4 years (Required)</li><li>Leading finance and accounting services: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
