Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)Department: Nursing / Healthcare ServicesReports To: Nurse Manager / Charge Nurse / Head of DepartmentEmployment Type: Full-time / Part-time / ContractJob Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. The RN works collaboratively with physicians, healthcare team members, and patients&rsquo; families to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on patient needs.</li><li>Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients&rsquo; conditions.</li><li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.</li><li>Operate and monitor medical equipment.</li><li>Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.</li><li>Maintain infection control and safety standards.</li><li>Support emergency response efforts and perform basic life support as required.</li><li>Participate in continuous professional development and training.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing.</li><li>License: Valid Nursing License/Registration (e.g., RN License).</li><li>Experience: [Insert years required, e.g., 1&ndash;3 years preferred in a hospital or clinical setting].</li><li>Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.</li></ul>Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Compassionate, patient-cantered approach to care.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required.</li><li>Exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous materials (with appropriate protective measures).</li><li>Physically demanding; may involve lifting or moving patients.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,086.00 - &#8377;44,618.17 per monthWork Location: In person
