Hire My Tech is hiring a Director of Business Development on behalf of one of our high-growth technology clients. This is a leadership role for a results-driven professional who can build, scale, and lead B2B sales initiatives while driving strategic partnerships across Saudi Arabia.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Leadership</h4><ul><li>
Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.</li><li>
Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and training to ensure team success and skill development.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Strategic Planning</h4><ul><li>
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to enter new markets and expand the clients customer and partner base.</li><li>
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new revenue opportunities.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Sales Execution</h4><ul><li>
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Client Relationship Management</h4><ul><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.</li><li>
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives and recommending strategic, value-driven solutions.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting</h4><ul><li>
Track and report key sales metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).</li><li>
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.</li><li>
Experience in SaaS, AI solutions, or technology-driven products.</li><li>
Proven success in B2B sales and strategic partnerships.</li><li>
Experience selling to HR or L&amp;D leadership is a plus.</li><li>
Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions is a plus.</li><li>
Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.</li><li>
Strong professional network across Saudi Arabia.</li><li>
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire remote teams.</li><li>
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.</li><li>
Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.</li><li>
Results-oriented and highly self-motivated.</li><li>
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.</li><li>
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Must be legally eligible to work and based in Saudi Arabia (Saudi Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply).</li><li>
Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
