 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>

 Master's Degree in a
 
 quantitative field
 
 &mdash; Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 1&ndash;2 years
 
 of experience in
 
 quantitative analytics or data modeling
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong grasp of
 
 predictive modeling, ML algorithms, clustering, and classification
 
 techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in at least one programming language:
 
 Python, C, C++, Java, or SQL
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 Big Data frameworks
 
 (Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra) and
 
 visualization tools
 
 (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
 </li>
