Job Summary
Seeking a Technician to support industrial cleaning and emergency response operations, including oil spill cleanup, equipment maintenance, and hazardous material handling. The role involves operating high-pressure water blasting equipment, power tools, and heavy machinery, as well as performing general labor tasks in varying environmental conditions. 
Job Description<ul><li>
Clean equipment or areas contaminated with oil or other hazardous, toxic, or caustic materials using detergents and solvents, pressure washers, absorbent pads, filter pumps, drum skimmers, and marco skimmers</li><li>
Operate extremely high-pressure water blast equipment to clean heavy industrial equipment (pipe, boilers, tanks, heat exchangers, bundles, barges)</li><li>
Responding to industrial emergencies such as oil spills, train derailments, and hazardous material leaks</li><li>
Assist in the removal of soil, debris, and other materials to clean up spill sites</li><li>
Perform general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, organizing, cleaning, lawn care, and other assigned tasks</li><li>
Operate or assist in the operation of power tools and heavy equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, track hoes, and backhoes</li><li>
Load, hook up, break down vacuum truck hoses and other equipment</li><li>
Assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, pumps, and the general work area</li><li>
Cleanup work area and equipment after work is completed</li><li>
Complete all appropriate paperwork, including service receipts</li><li>
Work with co-workers as a team to maintain a safe working environment</li></ul> 
Skills Required<ul><li>
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and hot, cold, or wet environments.</li><li>
Ability to perform work in enclosed (confined) spaces, under close supervision.</li><li>
Physically capable of standing, shoveling, and performing other types of physical work for long periods of time.</li></ul>

This role will design and deliver high-impact learning solutions that drive measurable improvements in safety performance across industrial and compliance-driven environments. 
Job Description<ul><li>
Design, develop, and update interactive safety and compliance training programs.</li><li>
Create engaging e-learning modules using industry-standard authoring tools.

Translate regulatory and technical information into clear, learner-focused content. 
</li><li>
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of materials.

Develop multimedia assets including video, audio, graphics, and interactive elements.

Ensure all content aligns with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Job Description
Employee Relations &amp; Compliance (40%)<ul><li>
Lead and manage employee relations cases, including investigations, corrective actions, performance management, policy violations, and workplace concerns.</li><li>
Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations and provide risk-based recommendations</li><li>
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws (e.g., FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII, HIPAA)</li><li>
Partner with legal counsel as required on high-risk or complex cases.</li><li>
Develop and maintain ER dashboards, case tracking metrics, and risk heat maps.</li><li>
Train leaders on workplace conduct, documentation standards, and performance management</li><li>
