Job Title: Benefit Educator (Open Enrollment) - Active Health &amp; Life Insurance License Locations: Baltimore, MD, Washington, DC, or Richmond, VA Payrate: $29/hr on W2 Job Type: Contract / As-Needed Hours Duration: 9 MonthsJob Overview We are seeking a Benefit Educator to support open enrollment and customer education events. This is a customer-facing role responsible for presenting employer-sponsored health benefits and educating employees about available plans, programs, and services. This position is as-needed with variable hours based on event demand, especially during peak enrollment season (August&ndash;December).Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct virtual and onsite benefit presentations for employees and members</li><li>Represent the organization at benefit fairs, health fairs, and enrollment meetings</li><li>Clearly explain health plans, benefits, and programs to groups</li><li>Maintain knowledge of benefits and enrollment processes</li><li>Track event details and attendance using CRM systems (Salesforce)</li><li>Refer customer inquiries (billing, service, administration) to appropriate teams</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Active Health &amp; Life Insurance License</li><li>Experience presenting health insurance or employer-sponsored benefits</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (WebEx, Teams)</li><li>Ability to travel 75&ndash;100% and attend local/regional events</li><li>Reliable transportation required</li><li>Availability during August&ndash;December peak season.</li></ul>Pay: $29.00 per hourWork Location: In person

Job Title: Senior IT Technical Specialist Duration: 6 Months Contract Location: Lake Forest, IL 600451st Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pmKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement and support EDI (X12 &amp; EDIFACT) transactions including 850, 856, etc.</li><li>Configure integrations across SAP, Seeburger, BizManager, and other enterprise systems.</li><li>Support supply chain ERP, warehouse, and order fulfillment workflows.</li><li>Troubleshoot EDI/interface issues and perform root cause analysis.</li><li>Assist with web/mobile application support and manage escalations.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Hands-on EDI implementation and SAP integration experience.</li><li>Experience with supply chain/warehouse ERP systems.</li><li>Knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT).</li><li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $46.00 - $49.69 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
