</div><div>We are growing and looking to add a Talent Consultant to our Atlanta consulting team.<br>
</div><div>This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being directly involved in the work. You will support multiple client organizations while also being part of a collaborative internal team based at Atlanta Tech Village.<br>
</div><div><b>The Role</b></div><div>
As a Talent Consultant, you will serve as an extension of our clients&rsquo; teams, providing both HR and recruiting support depending on their needs. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable shifting between priorities, enjoys being on-site with clients, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality work.</div><div>

You will work closely with our senior consultants and leadership team while also building strong relationships with client stakeholders.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><div><b><br>
HR Support</b></div><ul>
<li>Partner with client leadership on day-to-day HR needs and employee relations matters</li>
<li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes</li>
<li>Assist with performance management processes and documentation</li>
<li>Help ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and employment practices</li>
<li>Contribute to HR assessments and roadmap execution</li>
</ul><div><b>Recruiting</b></div><ul>
<li>Manage open roles from intake through offer</li>
<li>Source, screen, and coordinate candidates</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to improve interview processes and decision-making</li>
<li>Maintain ATS systems and ensure a strong candidate experience</li>
Support recruiting strategy and pipeline development<br>

<li>Represent Hire Ventures as a trusted, professional partner</li>

<li>Support HR system implementations and process improvements</li>
<li>Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community engagement efforts</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Hire Ventures team at Atlanta Tech Village</li>
<li>Contribute to internal best practices, templates, and process development</li></ul><br>

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</b></h3><div><b><br>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></div><ul>
<li>3&ndash;7+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a blended talent role</li>
<li>Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses</li>
<li>Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and full-cycle recruiting</li>
<li>Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients</li>
<li>Willingness to be on-site with clients across the Atlanta area</li></ul><br>
