About the Role We are hiring a Property Management Assistant to support an Australian residential portfolio with a strong focus on Western Australia. You will handle day-to-day PM administration, contracts and documentation, maintenance coordination, arrears follow up and stakeholder communication. Success means being plug-and-play from day one, keeping the CRM and files spotless, and helping the local team meet compliance and service SLAs. This is a full time remote role working core AWST hours. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Prepare and manage tenancy documentation, renewals, addendums and compliance files</li> <li>Process applications and references, schedule inspections and update condition reports</li> <li>Log, triage and track maintenance requests with trades, owners and tenants</li> <li>Monitor arrears and issue reminders, notes and reports to the local PM lead</li> <li>Keep the PM database organised with accurate notes, tasks and document links</li> <li>Produce weekly activity summaries and ad hoc reports as requested</li> </ul> Qualifications & Experience <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management administration or assistant roles</li> <li>Hands on with PropertyTree preferred; exposure to other PM platforms is valued</li> <li>Familiarity with WA residential processes and terminology, or proven ability to learn quickly</li> <li>Confident handling contracts, maintenance pipelines, arrears and inspection scheduling</li> <li>Clear, easy-to-understand spoken English and professional written communication</li> <li>Available full time, 40 hours per week, working core AWST hours</li> <li>Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset</li> </ul> Benefits <ul> <li>Competitive base salary</li> <li>Direct contract with established, rapidly growing business</li> <li>Growth potential as business scales to higher revenue targets</li> </ul>
