Pain Management Physician Job DescriptionSummaryWe are currently seeking a Interventional Pain Management Physician/Physiatrist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive pain management services, including the diagnosis and treatment of various musculoskeletal and spine pain conditions, with a strong emphasis on interventional procedures.Locations: New Hyde Park, Long Island. Richmond Hill, Queens.The physician will be required to rotate between the locations throughout the week.Benefits Package includes Paid Malpractice, 401K, Health insurance, PTO, and more.One Full-Time Position AvailableResponsibilities<ul><li>Evaluate patients to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal, neurological and spinal disorders</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including physical therapy, acupuncture, and injections.</li><li>Interventional procedures include Cervical/Thoracic/Lumbar Epidural injections, Medial branch blocks, RFA, Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials, Percutaneous discectomy, SI Joint injections, etc.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school</li><li>Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation</li><li>Fellowship in Pain Management</li><li>Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>401K</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>PTO</li><li>CME Benefits</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $500,000.00 - $800,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
