 Collaborate with leadership to align departmental goals with firm strategy.
 </li>

 Drive execution of operational improvements and performance initiatives.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 7+ years in operations management, business intelligence, or performance-driven leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience with data-driven process improvements in high-volume environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, leadership, and coaching skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execution-focused, hands-on approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 English required; Spanish preferred.
 </li>
