Job Title: Company SecretaryExperience: Minimum 3&ndash;5 yearsQualification: CS (Company Secretary) &ndash; ICSI CertifiedAbout the Company(Add a brief about your company &mdash; e.g., We are a rapidly growing organization in the ___ industry dedicated to excellence and strict compliance in corporate governance.)Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other statutory laws</li><li>Manage secretarial activities and maintain statutory books, registers, and records</li><li>Draft &amp; review board resolutions, meeting minutes, notices, and agenda papers</li><li>Organize and conduct Board Meetings, AGM, and Committee Meetings</li><li>Prepare and file annual returns, forms, and other statutory documents with MCA</li><li>Maintain corporate governance framework and ensure legal &amp; regulatory compliance</li><li>Liaise with regulators, auditors, lawyers, and government authorities</li><li>Assist in preparation of financial reports &amp; disclosures</li><li>Monitor changes in statutory &amp; regulatory environment and implement updates</li><li>Support corporate restructuring, share transfer activities, and contracts compliance</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive records</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Companies Act and corporate laws</li><li>Excellent communication and drafting skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good understanding of corporate finance &amp; legal documentation</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines and multitask</li><li>High level of professionalism &amp; ethical conduct</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;600,000.00 - &#8377;853,948.85 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you a qualified Company secretary?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kolkata, West Bengal (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
