Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conceptualize and design motion graphics, animations, and visualeffects for a wide range of projects, including advertisements,marketing campaigns, social media content, and more.</li><li>Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and other team members to develop and execute innovative visual concepts.</li><li>Create storyboards, sketches, and mock-ups to communicate ideas and concepts effectively.</li><li>Utilize industry-standard software and tools to design and animate</li><li>graphics.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and visual effects.</li><li>Take initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions</li><li>Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.</li></ul>Major Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>Proven experience in motion graphics and visual effects, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.</li><li>Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design software</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.</li><li>A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience within a creative agency,production studio, or video production company.</li><li>Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation techniques.</li><li>Knowledge of video editing and compositing.</li><li>Understanding of sound design and audio editing.</li><li>Experience with visual effects (VFX) and special effects (SFX).</li></ul>Hands-on with the following software<ul><li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Final Cut Pro</li><li>Adobe After Effects</li><li>Cinema 4D</li><li>Blender</li><li>Adobe Audition</li><li>Photoshop</li><li>Illustrator</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
