Position: AM Alliance Qualification: BBA/MBA (Marketing) Experience: 3 Years + Location: DHA Phase 8 Days: Monday - Saturday Job Duties: Key Responsibilities: &bull;	Identify and initiate partnerships with potential alliance partners in alignment with company objectives. &bull;	Lead negotiations and finalize agreements as per company policies and legal compliance. &bull;	Draft, review, and close partnership contracts and MoUs. &bull;	Manage end-to-end onboarding of new partners, ensuring smooth integration and alignment. &bull;	Ensure a minimum number of new alliances and lead maturity targets are met monthly. &bull;	Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing partners to enhance retention and satisfaction. &bull;	Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, legal, operations) to ensure successful execution of partnerships. &bull;	Drive innovation in brand activations by proposing and executing unique concepts, costumes, props, and partner activities (based on approved plans). &bull;	Ensure brand visibility across all alliance partners through co-branded marketing avenues, events, and activations. &bull;	Track execution timelines of partner campaigns and ensure timely delivery of commitments.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current Salary </li><li>Expected Salary </li><li>Reason to switch </li><li>Notice Period </li></ul>Work Location: In person
