Job Description - Marketing InternRole Description: HIRSCH is looking for a talented, motivated and coachable Marketing Intern to join our growing Marketing Team. This role will be exposed to all facets of marketing, and will have direct impact on the overarching marketing strategies across product campaigns, customer-facing channels (search engines, social media, catalogs, etc.) and partnering with the Sales Team to ensure they have the necessary tools and assets to increase conversions.Responsibilities: &#9679; Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans across both digital and traditional marketing channels.&#9679; Collaborate with the Marketing/Art Teams in the creation of customized flyers, eblasts, presentations and catalogs for internal and external clients.&#9679; Assist in planning, overseeing, and executing email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles and press releases.&#9679; Assist marketing &amp; sales in pre-show preparation and execution&#9679; Learn how to navigate, use and maintain the organization&rsquo;s Marketing CRM (HubSpot) &#9679; Continually evaluate and optimize digital and print marketing to align messaging with marketing goals to maximize ROI.&#9679; Maintain the digital SEO presence for the organization, which includes monitoring and updating industry specific search engines and updating the website/inventory database for accuracy of representation to customers.&#9679; Assistance in managing the showroom and physical marketing assets.Qualifications: &#9679; A College Degree (either planned, in progress or completed) in either Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications or related field preferred.&#9679; Previous marketing or marketing related experience is a plus.&#9679; Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.&#9679; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&#9679; Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.&#9679; Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.&#9679; Graphic design skills are a plus.&#9679; Creative Cloud experience is a plus - A basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud required&#9679; Photography/Videography skills are a plus.Job Type: InternshipPay: $13.00 per hourWork Location: In person

Position Summary
Hirsch is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for an 8-month contract. The HRBP will be responsible for managing HR operations and supporting the organization in all areas of the employee life cycle. This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and partnering with leaders to implement HR strategies that support business goals. The HRBP oversees key functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This summary provides a high-level overview and is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Recruitment &ndash; Partner with HR Director and hiring managers on recruitment processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational values.</li><li>Onboarding &ndash; Partner with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience that accelerates new hire integration and supports long-term retention.</li><li>Benefits &ndash; Collaborate on the development and communication of benefits programs, ensuring employees understand offerings and make informed choices during enrollment and life events.</li><li>Employee Relations &amp; Performance Management &ndash; Provide coaching and support on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.</li><li>Employee Engagement &amp; Retention &ndash; Partner with HR Director to develop and implement engagement initiatives, feedback programs, and retention strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.</li><li>HR Compliance &amp; Policy Implementation &ndash; Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently followed and compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws; proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks across the organization.</li><li>HR Operations &amp; Process Optimization &ndash; Partner with HR Director to streamline HR processes, enhance HR systems, and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Training &amp; Development &ndash; Partner with PEO and internal leadership to assess training needs, recommend appropriate learning solutions, and ensure effective implementation and adoption of development programs.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred and/or a combination of years of relevant experience.</li><li>7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a technology, security, or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.</li><li>Proven ability to build relationships with leadership teams and employees at all levels.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in HR metrics and workforce analytics.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS systems, talent management platforms, and process automation.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.</li></ul>
Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is $40.00 per hour, paid on a 1099 basis.</div>
