Schedule:Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening shiftsFriday, Saturday, and Sunday full day availability preferredJob Description:Dumpling The Noodle Kirkland is hiring a Front of House Team Member / Server to join our team.We are looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, and proactive with guest service. This position is a great fit for someone who has restaurant experience, communicates well in English, and enjoys working in a fast paced restaurant environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service</li></ul><ul><li>Take dine in, takeout, and phone orders accurately</li></ul><ul><li>Help guests with menu questions and recommendations</li></ul><ul><li>Run food and drinks when needed</li></ul><ul><li>Keep the front area, dining room, and service station clean and organized</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate clearly with kitchen and front of house team members</li></ul><ul><li>Handle POS transactions and basic guest requests</li></ul><ul><li>Stay proactive during shifts and look for ways to help the team and customers</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent English communication is required</li></ul><ul><li>Previous restaurant experience is preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility</li></ul><ul><li>Must be proactive and willing to serve guests actively</li></ul><ul><li>Able to work in a fast paced environment</li></ul><ul><li>Reliable, punctual, and team oriented</li></ul><ul><li>Must be available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings</li></ul><ul><li>Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday full day or most of the day</li></ul>Benefits:&middot; Consistent weekly schedules&middot; Career growth with potential for future promotion within&middot; Employee referral incentive program&middot; Skilled, supportive and friendly management team&middot; 50% off half-day shift meals&middot; Free full-day shift mealsAbout Us:Dumpling The Noodle is a locally owned Chinese restaurant with locations in Seattle and Kirkland.
