Position Summary:</b></p><p>
The Senior Human Resources Coordinator supports the recruiting and onboarding functions by organizing interview logistics, managing scheduling activities, and ensuring timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. This detail‑oriented, service‑focused role helps create a smooth and professional experience for candidates and new hires in a fast‑paced environment. The coordinator also assists with administrative onboarding tasks and provides general support to the talent acquisition and HR teams.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Schedule and coordinate interviews and meetings (onsite and virtual) to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.</li><li>
Communicate interview details and updates promptly to candidates and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Leverage applicant tracking system (ATS) and scheduling tools to streamline processes.</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interviewing and onboarding process.</li><li>
Maintain timely communication to deliver a positive candidate journey from application to offer.</li><li>
Manage the onboarding process, including preparing offer documentation and administering DocuSign for signatures, coordinating pre-employment requirements, and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires from acceptance to their first day.</li><li>
Enter new hire information into HRIS and partner with payroll team.</li><li>
Ensure timely completion of I-9 Form and E-Verify for all new hires in compliance with federal requirements.</li><li>
Administer and promote the employee referral program by tracking submissions, ensuring timely communication with referring employees and payroll team.</li><li>
Coordinate and help with facilitation new hire orientation sessions.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:</b></p><ul><li>
3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or similar role.</li><li>
Associate degree or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent administrative experience.</li><li>
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HRIS (ADP -Workforce Now preferred), and interview scheduling tools (Microsoft Outlook and Teams preferred).</li><li>
Strong detail orientation, organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>
Demonstrated agility and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.</li><li>
Experience in a fast-growing or scaling organization.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Position Summary:</b></div><div>
The Human Factors Engineer proactively leads the planning, coordination, and execution of human factors, usability, and UI/UX design activities within medical device development projects across the HistoSonics portfolio.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Lead human factors activities for assigned projects, providing technical expertise and project coordination across cross-functional teams</li><li>
Contribute to establishing end user testing processes and regular feedback mechanisms for continual product improvement across the portfolio</li><li>
Lead the execution of human factors activities to support new product development and product improvements<ul><li>
Work with cross-functional teams and clinical consultants to build/inform robust design and risk documentation</li><li>
Plan and execute formative and summative usability studies</li><li>
Synthesize insights and identify solutions and usability improvements</li><li>
Support concept generation and iteration with the cross-functional team</li><li>

Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or M.S. degree in engineering, science or technical related field.</li><li>
3+ years of experience in a human factors engineering position in medical device or other regulated industry.</li><li>
A working knowledge of Human Factors/Usability Engineering regulatory standards such as FDA guidance, ISO 14971, IEC 62366, and IEC 60601, as well as related documentation practices.</li><li>
Experience leading user-centered design activities throughout the product lifecycle, including activity scoping, ethnographic research, stakeholder needs identification, workflow design, task analysis, requirements development, user interface design and documentation, use error analysis, and formative and summative usability testing.</li><li>
Knowledge of the medical device development process from needs assessment through product life cycle maintenance.</li><li>
Travel Requirement: Approximately 50-75%. This is a U.S.-based role that will involve travel to HistoSonics offices, customer sites, clinical study sites, and/or usability testing sites. There may be some activity outside of the United States.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Position Summary:</b></div><div>
The Human Factors User Centered Design Manager proactively leads the planning, coordination, and execution of human factors, usability, and UI/UX design activities within medical device development projects across the HistoSonics portfolio. This role is responsible for conducting human factors engineering and user-centered design activities as well as developing talent within the organization. This role will lead a growing team that includes experienced HFE practitioners and new hires.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Provide strategic direction on human factors activities to program and project managers</li><li>
Leverages expertise of senior team members to establish HFE best practices, regulatory compliance strategies, and technical standards across the portfolio</li><li>
Partner with Program Directors and Engineering leads to ensure that usability is being considered throughout the product development process across the portfolio</li><li>
Build, manage and mentor a team of 3-5 human factors engineers and UI/UX designers</li><li>

Experience working in matrixed organizations and cross-site/global teams.</li><li>
Experience leading user-centered design activities throughout the product lifecycle, including activity scoping, ethnographic research, stakeholder needs identification, workflow design, task analysis, requirements development, user interface design and documentation, use error analysis, and formative and summative usability testing.</li><li>
