Role Overview:</div><div></div><div>
We are seeking a System Administrator with strong expertise in SQL database management and experience in Linux and Windows server environments. The successful candidate will maintain, optimize, and secure our IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, managing database performance, and supporting business-critical applications.</div><div></div><div>
Work Location: Attaba Metro Station</div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows servers.</li><li>
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.</li><li>
Manage servers and IT equipment, ensuring proper configuration and security policies.</li><li>
Administrator SQL databases (installation, configuration, backup, recovery).</li><li>
Optimize queries and ensure high database performance.</li><li>
Implement data integrity and security measures.</li><li>
Schedule and monitor backups and disaster recovery plans.</li><li>
Apply patches and updates to systems and databases.</li><li>
Develop scripts for routine tasks and system monitoring.</li><li>
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and procedures.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience as a System Administrator with SQL database expertise.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of:<ul><li>
Linux and Windows server environments</li><li>
Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL</li></ul></li><li>
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms.</li><li>
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices.</li></ul><div></div><div>

 To ensure compliance with corporate governance rules, regulatory obligations, and provide strategic legal support across the APAC business. The Senior Legal Counsel will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company&rsquo;s legal interests while enabling business growth and operational efficiency.

   Oversee implementation of corporate governance actions in line with relevant laws and regulations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure timely and accurate performance of regulatory and legislative obligations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervise maintenance of company registers and legal documentation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Interacting with the compliance function.

  Legal Advisory &amp; Business Support
  <br/>

   Provide senior-level legal support to business units across APAC, including Japan-based and India-focused operations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Advise on complex legal matters including M&amp;A, finance transactions, and intellectual property.
  </li>
  <li>
   Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and strategic agreements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Taking conduct of significant Indian based legal matters.
  </li>
  <li>
   Interpreting, negotiating and closing out complex deals for the Rail Sector Business Unit in India.
  </li>
  <li>
   Interpreting and guiding senior management in relation to regulatory and legislative requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Taking conduct of significant arbitrations and litigations.

  Education/Qualifications and Skill Sets Preferred:

   Law degree (LLB or JD) and admission to practice in relevant jurisdictions. Additional CS qualification and experience will be valuable too.
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 8-10 years PQE, with a mix of private practice and in-house experience, preferably with experience at an international industrial company.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven track record in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working across APAC jurisdictions and in a multinational industrial company is highly desirable.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge and experience gained in rail, oil &amp; gas, power, aero, or the automotive industry sectors would be highly beneficial
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated interpersonal skills and communication ability to work in a culturally diverse organization and with multiple key stakeholders.
