Beacon Real Estate is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:VAT Filing &amp; Compliance Corporate Tax (CT) Return Filing &amp; ComplianceKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle day-to-day accounting operations.</li><li>Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>VAT preparation, filing, reconciliation, and compliance.</li><li>Corporate Tax calculation, filing, and documentation.</li><li>Monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and financial analysis.</li><li>Assist in audits and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license and ability to drive is preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
