Job Title: Photoshop Retouching ExpertLocation: On-siteEmployment Type:Full-time / Part-time / ContractJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Photoshop Retouching Expert with exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and refining images while maintaining a natural, high-quality look that aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform high-end photo retouching using Adobe Photoshop, including skin retouching, color correction, background cleanup, and object removal</li><li>Enhance product, fashion, lifestyle, and portrait images while maintaining realism and consistency</li><li>Apply advanced techniques such as frequency separation, dodge &amp; burn, masking, and compositing</li><li>Ensure images meet brand quality standards and project requirements</li><li>Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to understand creative briefs</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines</li><li>Organize and maintain Photoshop files and asset libraries efficiently</li><li>Revise images based on feedback and quality reviews</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Photoshop Retouching Expert or similar role</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition</li><li>Expertise in non-destructive editing techniques</li><li>Ability to deliver pixel-perfect results with high attention to detail</li><li>Strong time-management and communication skills</li><li>Experience working with different image formats and resolutions for digital and print use</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do not skip this question.
