Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team in the manufacturing sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company&rsquo;s procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with production demands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating the best prices for materials, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement records.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supplier Management:</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers.</li><li>Ensure the company receives competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and high-quality products from suppliers.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers to meet production schedules and resolve any procurement issues.</li><li>Purchasing:</li><li>Procure raw materials, components, and other goods necessary for manufacturing in accordance with production requirements.</li><li>Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.</li><li>Ensure that the procurement process is compliant with company policies and industry standards.</li><li>Inventory Control:</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock when required.</li><li>Work closely with the inventory team to track the consumption and usage of purchased items.</li><li>Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining product quality.</li><li>Quality Assurance:</li><li>Ensure that the quality of the materials purchased meets the company&rsquo;s standards.</li><li>Liaise with the Quality Control team to address any issues related to the quality of received goods.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Documentation:</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and procurement reports.</li><li>Prepare monthly procurement reports detailing expenses, savings, and procurement status.</li><li>Track supplier performance and resolve discrepancies in invoices, quantities, or delivery.</li><li>Collaboration:</li><li>Work closely with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends and changes in supply chain dynamics.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Education:</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.</li><li>Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement (CIPS, CPIM) is a plus.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems or procurement software.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.</li><li>Good understanding of procurement processes and inventory management.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Other Requirements:</li><li>Knowledge of procurement regulations, industry standards, and best practices.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Knowledge of international procurement practices (for global sourcing) is an added advantage.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses</li><li>Health insurance and other employee benefits</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and professional development</li><li>Friendly and dynamic work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
