 Hito Solutions is recruiting a
 
 Project Manager
 
 for one of our clients. This is a long-term assignment (minimum duration of 1 year) on a prestigious luxury residential development. The selected professional will act as the clients primary representative, holding overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and handover of the project. Leading a multi-disciplinary team and managing relationships with main contractors and design firms, the Project Manager will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with the companys vision for luxury living.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and manage the overall Project Execution Plan, covering scope, budget, schedule, and risk management for a large-scale residential community.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead procurement and negotiation of major contracts with consultants, main contractors, and suppliers of premium materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and future homeowners representatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the entire project budget, approve major expenditures, and manage financial performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and enforce robust project governance and quality control processes aligned with a luxury brand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Chair key project meetings and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage project risks, with emphasis on reputation, quality, and timely delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the project teamincluding the Construction Manager and support stafffostering a culture of excellence and precision.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil or Architectural preferred) or Construction Management. MBA or Masters is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience with CSI Format.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 20 years experience managing large-scale, high-end residential or luxury hospitality projects, with significant client-side or contractor-side exposure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in contract law, procurement, and project controls within a real estate development context.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrable experience managing multi-million-dollar project budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent English (mandatory).
 </li>

 Architectural Works Foreman
 
 for one of our clients. This is a long-term assignment (minimum duration of 1 year) on a prestigious luxury residential project. The selected professional will act as the clients on-site specialist for all building finishes and architectural elements, with an uncompromising focus on luxury standards. You will be responsible for daily inspections and quality assurance of the contractors work, including marble and stone installations, custom joinery, high-end flooring, fa&ccedil;ade treatments, plastering, painting, and the installation of premium doors and windows.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review architectural drawings, finish schedules, and specifications for luxury materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspect workmanship and materials for all finishing trades to ensure flawless quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify that architectural installations align seamlessly with MEP services and structural elements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Approve mock-ups and material samples prior to mass installation, setting benchmarks for quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor protection measures for completed finishes to prevent damage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any finishing work falling short of luxury standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain detailed logs of architectural works progress and report to the Construction Manager.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Technical High School Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 10 years experience as an Architectural/Finishing Foreman on luxury villas, high-end apartments, or 5-star hospitality projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional eye for detail with zero tolerance for defects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of luxury finishing materials (natural stone, exotic woods, etc.) and their application techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent English (mandatory).
