Job Title: Warehouse Manager Location: PuneReporting To: Operations Head &amp; Executive DirectorIndustry: Logistics / Automotive Supply ChainEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryThe Warehouse Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including material receipt, storage, dispatch, inventory control, manpower coordination, and customer/vendor communication. This role demands precision, proactive planning, and real-time execution to ensure seamless supply chain support for Hyundai and other clients.Key ResponsibilitiesInbound &amp; Receiving Operations* Verify inward material against invoices and report discrepancies immediately* Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and update ERP systems* Ensure proper labeling and documentation of received goodsStorage &amp; Inventory Management* Allocate and store materials in designated locations using put-away strategies* Maintain accurate bin card systems and location mapping* Conduct periodic cycle counts and reconcile book vs physical stock with zero variance* Implement FIFO/LIFO methods as per material type and client requirementPicking &amp; Dispatch* Monitor Hyundai portal for material shortages and initiate picking accordingly* Schedule dispatches every 30 minutes based on Hyundai&rsquo;s vehicle sequence* Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for outbound shipments* Maintain dispatch logs and delivery confirmation recordsTransport &amp; Logistics Coordination* Arrange trucks and drivers for timely dispatches* Coordinate with vendors for on-time placement of vehicles and manpower* Track vehicle movement and resolve transit delays proactivelyManpower &amp; Resource Planning* Allocate warehouse staff for loading/unloading and shift operations* Monitor productivity and ensure safety compliance* Conduct daily briefings and maintain attendance recordsCustomer &amp; Vendor Coordination* Serve as point of contact for Hyundai and other clients regarding dispatch schedules and shortages* Liaise with vendors for timely supply and manpower availability* Resolve operational issues and escalate critical delaysReporting &amp; Documentation* Prepare daily MIS reports covering inward, dispatch, inventory, manpower, and vehicle status* Maintain audit-ready documentation for all warehouse activities* Support monthly and quarterly reviews with performance metricsAdditional Responsibilities* Implement 5S and lean practices in warehouse layout and operations* Coordinate with IT team for system updates and portal integration* Train new staff on SOPs and safety protocols* Monitor material handling equipment and schedule maintenance* Support cost optimization initiatives and vendor negotiationsQualifications &amp; Skills* Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field* 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in automotive logistics* Proficiency in ERP systems and Hyundai portal operations* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills* Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive dispatchesKindly share your updated resume to hr1@hitrologistics.comMale candidate is preferredRequired below details to process your resume<ul><li>Candidate Name :</li><li>Date of Birth:</li><li>Current Company :</li><li>Current Designation:</li><li>Current Salary (Take Home) :</li><li>Expected Salary (Take Home) :</li><li>Reporting to :</li><li>Team Handling:</li><li>Notice Period:</li><li>Reason for change:</li><li>Years of experience:</li><li>Current Location:</li><li>Perf.
