Job Description: Content Developer / TeacherPosition: Content Developer / Teacher Department: Academics Reports To: Academics Head Location: RT Nagar - Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time / On-siteRole OverviewWe are looking for passionate and skilled Content Developers / Teachers who can create high-quality academic content aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and/or IGCSE standards while also delivering effective classroom or online instruction. The ideal candidate will combine strong subject expertise with digital literacy, creativity, and the ability to design engaging, learner-centric materials for an LMS environment.This role requires someone who can both teach and create, ensuring that academic delivery and academic assets maintain the highest standards of quality, clarity, and student engagement.Key Responsibilities1. Content Development<ul><li>Develop structured, curriculum-aligned digital learning content including lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, presentations, and activity-based modules.</li><li>Create multimedia-friendly content that fits LMS formats&mdash;videos, interactive activities, quizzes, micro-learning units, and teacher notes.</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with CBSE, ICSE, or IGCSE standards and follows KIPPCA&rsquo;s academic guidelines.</li><li>Research and incorporate modern pedagogical practices, real-life applications, and skill-based learning.</li><li>Work with SMEs and the Academics Head to refine, review, and enhance content quality.</li></ul>2. Teaching &amp; Delivery<ul><li>Conduct classroom instruction or online sessions as per academic schedules.</li><li>Use innovative, student-centered teaching methods to ensure engagement and clarity.</li><li>Evaluate students through classwork, homework, assessments, and projects.</li><li>Provide personalized feedback and academic support where needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.</li></ul>3. Collaboration &amp; Academic Support<ul><li>Work closely with the Academics Head to execute academic plans and ensure quality.</li><li>Coordinate with other teachers, SMEs, and content teams for timely delivery of academic materials.</li><li>Participate in academic audits, review cycles, and quality enhancement sessions.</li><li>Support in implementing blended learning models using the LMS.</li></ul>4.
