Sales Leadership<ul><li>Build and execute complete Sales Strategy for LMS launch and expansion</li><li>Own revenue targets, conversions, subscription growth &amp; Annual Recurring Revenue/Monthly Recurring Revenue </li><li>Setup B2C funnels: Direct student subscriptions, parent outreach, influencer tie-ups</li><li>Build inside sales team from scratch</li><li>Prepare sales playbooks, pricing models, and onboarding frameworks</li></ul>2. Marketing &amp; Brand Growth<ul><li>Build strong Brand Identity and Market Positioning for the LMS</li><li>Plan and execute Digital Marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, SEO, Content &amp; Email Automation</li><li>Grow social media presence, community engagement &amp; brand recall</li><li>Lead performance marketing, CAC optimization &amp; ROI tracking</li><li>Drive PR, campaigns, events, student outreach, workshops &amp; school roadshows</li></ul>3. Product GTM &amp; Market Expansion<ul><li>Define and drive Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy for national &amp; international rollout</li><li>Identify opportunities in CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE/Competitive exam segments</li><li>Conduct competitor benchmarking, pricing &amp; user-behaviour analysis</li><li>Launch subscription packages, bundles, value-added services &amp; upgrades</li></ul>4.
