<div>Project Performance Management (PPM) Analyst
Job Summary
Hive Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our existing team providing financial and project management support to a federal agency in Washington, DC. This entry level position will work closely with multiple Defense and Civilian Agency program offices to monitor and analyze project cost and schedules; track contract line items and funding balances; track project milestones and deliverables; report on project performance; and manage invoice processing. Hive Group is seeking individuals that are energetic, forward thinking, with excellent communication skills, and strong spreadsheet skills. Candidates must reside in the Washington, DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area and will be required to come into the office one day a week at our corporate headquarters in McLean, VA. 
 
Position Description<ul><li>
Maintaining project account structures, project financials, and providing related support functions as necessary.</li><li>
Reviewing, analyzing, and tracking Task Order (TO) invoices to ensure processing in a uniformed manner and in accordance with TO requirements.</li><li>
Utilizing financial management tools/systems to collect, analyze, review and report on project financial data.</li><li>
Utilizing financial management tools/systems to monitor overall project health in terms of schedule, cost, risks, and performance.</li><li>
Reviewing data to respond to budget calls and to draft financial reports for external stakeholders.</li><li>
Conducting detailed analysis and review of projects to ensure contract and financial fiscal compliance.</li><li>
Resolving any identified discrepancies and recommending close-out were appropriate.</li><li>
Performing audit reviews on contract financials to identify and ensure uncommitted, residual, or excess funds are returned to the applicable agencies.</li><li>
Supporting and assisting the client in performing the project audit and end of year functions.</li><li>
Providing general support to the client including, but not limited to, analysis, data calls, financial management, risk management, audits, and project management related tasks.</li><li>
Education in a financial acumen with excellent written and verbal communication.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree.</li><li>
0 &ndash; 3 years of financial management experience.</li><li>
Clearable and able to pass both a criminal background check.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to leverage analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.</li><li>
Experience with federal government contracts is a plus.</li><li>
Experience with analysis of direct and indirect rates is a plus.</li><li>
Strong ability to manage time and organize priorities within deadlines</li><li>
Prior experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field is a plus but not required</li><li>
AI- Experience with AI tools/technologies for analysis or automation is a plus</li></ul>
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $60,000 and $68,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This range reflects a good faith estimate for all experience levels. Financial Analyst

<div>Position Summary 
 
The IT Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site (5 days/week) position located in McLean, VA, responsible for providing hands on technical support, conference room readiness, Google Workspace administration, hardware lifecycle management, and direct government client support. 
 
This hybrid role includes billable responsibilities while also supporting internal corporate operations such as facilities coordination, onboarding/off-boarding, vendor communication, and occasional front desk coverage. 
 
The position additionally supports company-wide IT, security, and compliance initiatives, including documentation efforts and alignment with CMMC and NIST 800-171 requirements. 
 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Maintain daily onsite presence (8am&ndash;4pm preferred), with flexibility for earlier arrival when needed.</li><li>
Prepare and support conference rooms, including:<ul><li>
Network and internet checks</li><li>
Printing assistance</li><li>
HDMI/USB-C connectivity</li><li>
Setup and troubleshooting of Logitech Meetup, Google Meet hardware, and related AV devices</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Coordinate and track GFE equipment shipments:<ul><li>
Ship Chromebooks and other devices</li><li>
Receive, wipe, and reissue returned equipment</li></ul></li><li>
Deliver polished, professional customer service to all government personnel.</li><li>
Submit weekly status updates and support additional client deliverables.</li><li>
Ensure consistent on-site coverage in coordination with the Office Manager.</li><li>
Serve as the primary in-office point of contact for all IT support needs.</li><li>
Troubleshoot issues related to:<ul><li>
Windows and ChromeOS</li><li>
MFA access</li><li>
Printing and peripherals</li><li>

Perform Google Workspace administrative tasks, including:<ul><li>

Provide support for VPN, Wi-Fi, VLAN access, and endpoint health checks.</li><li>
Maintain AV equipment, perform firmware updates, and assist with IT documentation.</li><li>
Assist IT leadership with CMMC, NIST 800-171, and other internal security compliance efforts, including:<ul><li>

Updating systems documentation and asset inventories</li><li>
Supporting technical implementation tasks</li><li>

Ship equipment to new hires and remote staff.</li><li>
Maintain accurate device and asset inventory records.</li><li>
Support equipment returns, device wipes, and asset reassignment coordination.</li><li>
Provide front desk coverage when the Office Manager is unavailable.</li><li>
Support facility operations, including:<ul><li>
Visitor and contractor badging</li><li>
Vendor coordination</li><li>
Workspace maintenance and organization</li><li>
Ensuring a secure, professional, and well-maintained office environment</li><li>
Assist with site readiness and facilities-related tracking activities.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Communicate with vendors to request license increases, renewals, and additional seats.</li><li>
Assist with quoting and purchasing processes for hardware and software.</li></ul> 

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience with Google Workspace administration.</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, ChromeOS, printers, conference room AV, and workstation setup.</li><li>
Networking knowledge (IP addressing, VLANs, Wi-Fi).</li><li>
Ability to learn new tools and platforms (NinjaOne, Sophos XDR, Fortinet, etc.).</li><li>
Direct experience with conference room setups is highly desirable.</li><li>
Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Strong prioritization, documentation, and follow-through.</li><li>
Reliable daily on-site presence.</li></ul>
Preferred Experience:<ul><li>
Experience and exposure to NIST 800-171, CMMC, or related federal security/control frameworks (familiarity with security controls, documentation, or compliance processes is a plus).</li><li>
Managing an IT Department.</li><li>
Prior GovCon or government client support experience.</li></ul>
