Maintain a neat and cheerful sales floor with safe, organized displays.</li><li>
Complete sales efficiently and accurately at checkout.</li><li>
Be gracious with returns and exchanges, offering creative alternatives when possible.</li><li>
Package purchases with care, meeting Hive&rsquo;s presentation standards.</li><li>
Go above and beyond with friendly follow-ups and thank-you notes.</li></ul><p><b>
Team Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>
Work closely with fellow sales associates to deliver exceptional service.</li><li>
Support in-store and online sales, and invite customers to events or promotions.</li><li>
