At Hiwaga, we believe in confidence through care &mdash; transforming lives with safe, ethical, and personalized treatments.Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Dermatologist who specializes in both clinical and aesthetic dermatology. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of skin health, cosmetic enhancements, and patient satisfaction. This role demands both technical expertise and compassionate care for our premium clientele.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Dermatology:<ul><li>Diagnose and treat all types of skin, hair, and nail disorders.</li><li>Conduct medical consultations, identify concerns, and design personalized treatment plans.</li></ul>. Prescribe appropriate medication and monitor progress.<ul><li>Handle cases related to acne, pigmentation, eczema, psoriasis, infections, and allergies.</li></ul>Aesthetic &amp; Cosmetic Dermatology:<ul><li>Perform procedures such as:</li><li>Chemical peels, laser treatments, microdermabrasion</li><li>Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, mesotherapy, microneedling</li><li>Skin tightening and rejuvenation treatments</li><li>Hair restoration treatments</li><li>Conduct anti-aging and non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures.</li><li>Advise patients on pre- and post-procedure care.</li></ul>Operational &amp; Patient Management:<ul><li>Ensure patient comfort, trust, and satisfaction throughout their treatment journey.</li><li>Maintain high standards of hygiene and clinical safety.</li><li>Maintain and update patient records accurately.</li><li>Collaborate with aestheticians, therapists, and other medical staff to ensure consistent quality of care.</li><li>Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and in-house training sessions.</li></ul>Training &amp; Development:<ul><li>Train junior doctors, aestheticians, and staff on dermatological protocols and products.</li><li>Stay up to date with global trends, latest research, and evolving techniques in dermatology.</li><li>Participate in workshops, seminars, and webinars on dermatology and aesthetic practices.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>MBBS with MD / DNB / DDVL in Dermatology, Venereology &amp; Leprosy.</li><li>Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council (Telangana preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in clinical and cosmetic dermatology (experience in premium skin/aesthetic clinics is an advantage).</li><li>Proven experience with lasers, injectables, and anti-aging procedures.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Attributes:<ul><li>Excellent diagnostic, procedural, and counseling skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.</li><li>Empathy, patience, and confidence while dealing with clients.</li><li>Knowledge of the latest dermatological devices and cosmetic technologies.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred).</li><li>Professional grooming and appearance suitable for a high-end clinic.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and incentive structure.</li><li>Continuous learning &amp; growth opportunities.</li><li>Exposure to advanced aesthetic technologies.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Performance-based rewards and recognition.</li><li>Opportunity to work with premium clientele in a luxury wellness brand.</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Days: 6 days a week</li><li>Timings: As per clinic operational hours (rotational shifts if required)</li></ul>Application Process:Interested candidates can send their updated CV along with a recent photograph to:HR@hiwagaindia.comContact HR: Ms. Tanusha &ndash; HR Department |Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
