Job description</b></h2></div><div><p>
Demand generation though customers/farmers/distributors/dealer, sales forecast, collection of customer payment, promotion of product, development activities &ndash; trail, demonstration, reports.</p><ul><li>Increase local turnover by advising, counselling customers/farmers/distributors linked with sales forecast under the management of ASM.</li><li>Strongly involved in variety development with the support of RPDM and indirect contact with farmers.</li><li>Sales: Demand generation through distribution partners (Growers/dealer/farmers/ vendor) and</li><li>Promotion activities: organize farmers meeting/field day, dealers meeting, handle customer's complaint &ndash; field complaint/ crop performance. Customer dues/ payment collection through bank, maintaining good relationship with dealers.</li><li>Providing updated marketing information to the reporting manager, .</li><li>Maintaining good after sales services to farmers with crop visits &amp; recommendations.</li><li>Developing key farmers relations &amp; data base to conduct &amp; demonstrate crop shows.</li><li>Development Activities: Organizing of new variety trails, demonstration at farmer's field.</li><li>Generate demand through distribution partner (growers/farmers, nursery, distributors, vendors etc.) &amp; promotion activity: field day, dealers meeting, jeep campaign, night meetings&hellip;pull sales</li><li>Provide support to local dealers on field complaint/ crop performance evaluation, and market information.</li><li>Ensure on-time collection to decrease customer outstanding amounts.</li><li>Organize and follow up local trials on farmer plots to engage farmers confidence and advise them/dealers technically on our portfolio.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Basic knowledge of Agriculture<br>
<ul><li>Good relationship with all the channels (Distributors/ dealers/ farmers/vendor)</li><li>Good expertise in business development</li><li>Knowledge of product requirement</li><li>Good presentation and communication skills</li><li>Understanding of (Local language/ computer basic knowledge)</li><li>Own two-wheeler required/ driving license</li><li>Mobility: Should have two-wheeler and driving license.</li></ul></div></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
