Job description</b></h2></div><div><p><b>
You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:</b></p><p>
Planning &ndash; Flow Coordination, Ensure Best Use of Stock, Production Plan</p><ul><li>Plan and Coordinate Supply Chain Planning activities according to Demand while respecting Cost &amp; Operational Constraints</li><li>Monitor Supply Key Performance Metrics on a daily/weekly basis &amp; take corrective actions based on trends</li><li>Analyze, determine and present Supply Production Programs to Internal Stakeholders</li></ul><p><br>
Executing &ndash; Flow Coordination, Ensure Best Use of Stock, Subcontracting, Quality Interpretation</p><ul><li>Maintain critical inventory parameters including classification and stock allocations per market demand</li><li>Determine and execute processes/ technical paths for stock based according to commercial needs</li><li>Manage stock, set priorities in order to optimize quality tests and factory operations (minimize loss, etc.)</li><li>Determine and launch complementary quality tests</li></ul><p><br>
Communicating &ndash; Sales Interfaces, Team Management/Team-Orientation</p><ul><li>Marketing and Sales meetings: identify market trends to anticipate and prepare appropriate stock levels</li><li>Suggest prorates based on supply trend (stock quality, etc.) and exception forecast</li><li>Collaborate with Sales Data Planning (SDP), understand sales trends and dynamics, impact to supply planning</li><li>Consult Seed Supply Managers (SSM) and Product Managers (PM) for proper production placement</li><li>Collaborate with Manufacturing Managers to optimize factory capacity and meet customer demand</li><li>Communicate with urgency, concise analysis of supply constraints to all stakeholders including Inventory Manager, PM, SDP and Quality Control</li></ul><p><br>
Continuous Improvement &ndash; Ensure Best Use of Stock, Quality Interpretation, Continuous Improvement</p><ul><li>Identify gaps in process that are driving repeat offenses in supply level metrics</li><li>Study quality parameters, trends, genealogies, stock levels and identify root causes using quantitative support</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

To be considered, you will need:</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering or other related fields required</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of direct Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or seed industry experience preferred</li><li>Experience with MPR/ERP (JD Edwards/JDE), SAP or Oracle</li><li>Proficient in a Windows-based PC environment (PowerPoint, Word, Excel required)</li><li>APICS or other certification advantageous</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Supply Chain Planner

Job description</b></h2></div><div><p>
You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:</p><ul><li>Performs routine servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery and equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, controls, and electrical systems for dust collection, milling, packaging, and treating equipment.</li><li>Plans and manages own work efficiently to meet productivity goals, project timelines, and preventative maintenance schedules.</li><li>Ensures adherence to safety procedures and practices, attending safety meetings and suggesting improvements. Knowledge of NFPA 79 is a plus.</li><li>Installs new machinery, including assembly, placement, anchoring, and electrical and control wiring.</li><li>Troubleshoots and resolves breakdowns of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, and controls systems.</li><li>Coordinates with contractors to ensure work is completed as per specifications.</li><li>Works from layout plans, blueprints, manuals, sketches, or verbal instructions.</li><li>Completes work orders using HIPPO CMMS and requests spare parts or materials through company email.</li><li>Familiarity with proper chemical and hazardous waste handling procedures and SDS documents.</li><li>Knowledge of local codes, safety regulations, confined space entry, LOTO, fall protection, elevated work, cooling systems, chillers, and boilers.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
