Job description</b></h2></div><div><p>
You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:</p><ul><li>Assist with planning, setup, and maintenance of field trials and research projects.</li><li>Collaborate with the Research Associate in evaluating and improving field trials to enhance</li></ul>
efficiency, quality, and accuracy of research outcomes.<br>
<ul><li>Monitor field activities to ensure adherence to standard procedures and quality standards.</li><li>Collect and record observational data accurately.</li><li>Prepare and organize field materials, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Report on field progress, issues, and outcomes to supervisors.</li><li>Ensure a safe and efficient work environment for all field personnel.</li><li>Require the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform repetitive tasks</li><li>Receive and distribute seeds for seed production, variety trials, product development and</li></ul>
marketing etc.<br>
<ul><li>Coordinate seed productions of advanced breeding lines with parent seed supply manager</li><li>Coordinate with field and greenhouse crew in seeding, transplanting, crossing blocks, and</li></ul>
seed harvest<br>
<ul><li>Collaborate with plant pathologist, genotyping team in project submission, result tracking and</li></ul>

What we expect of you</b></h2></div><div><p>
To be considered, you will need:</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Biology, Plant Science, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.</li><li>Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Experience in field operations, agricultural research, or plant management and assisting in research trials or</li></ul>
operational projects.<br>
<ul><li>Familiarity with standard field practices, safety protocols, and documentation.</li><li>Spanish language is a plus</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
