Vacancy for accounts specialist in HMR Spedition Pvt. Ltd. is a Customs Clearance and Freight forwarding company based in New Delhi.Role Description:&middot; This is a full-time on-site role for Export/Import senior Account.&middot; As an Export/Import senior Account, you will be responsible for managing below tasks.Tasks:&middot; Proficiency in Tally (Entry of bank statement, sales, purchase e.t.c.)&middot; Creation of Export Invoices and Packing List.&middot; Filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B&middot; Creation and submission of TDS challan&middot; Knowledge of ITR (individual and corporate)&middot; Knowledge of Exports and Customs clearance documents.&middot; Proper understanding of Invoice, packing list, HAWB, MAWB and shipment flow.&middot; Coordinate with bank for inward remittance and issuance of BRC.&middot; Knowledge of E-way bill.&middot; Maintain creditor and debtor&rsquo;s ledger and outstanding.&middot; Timely Submission of export document to bank.&middot; Preparation of debtors outstanding and alerting them for payment.Qualifications:&middot; A graduate person with an experience of at least 5 years&middot; Complete Knowledge of Tally prime.&middot; Knowledge of GST returns filing.&middot; Have good knowledge of export/import.&middot; Knowledge of checklist approval to CHA.&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.&middot; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&middot; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines&middot; Detail-oriented and organized approach to workJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Accounting: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 10/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
