We are a small, boutique CPA firm looking to fill a Full-Time CPA Administrative Assistant position to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.Key duties include managing client correspondence, scheduling appointments, assembling tax returns processing invoices, maintaining digital files, and handling client intake through portals. This role requires high attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), and familiarity with client service.Key Responsibilities and Duties for this Deadline Driven Position&middot; Document Management: Organizing and scanning/labelling incoming tax information, managing the &ldquo;Admin&rdquo; email inbox, tax return assembly and downloading secured statements.&middot; Client Communication &amp; Service: Managing incoming calls, often providing technical support for our client portal, greeting clients, sending engagement letters via SafeSend software&middot; Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars for partners, maintaining office supplies and processing mail&middot; Accounting tasks: Assist with billing, collections and payment processingRequirements and skills:&middot; Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Manager in a professional service environment will be preferred&middot; Must be technologically savvy having experience with MS Office Suite, Adobe and secure client portals&middot; Excellent time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize work&middot; Familiarity with tax documents, such as 1099s, W-2s, 1098&rsquo;s, etc. a plus&middot; High School diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary, a plus&middot; Integrity&middot; Schedule flexibility during tax season to work increased hours&middot; Must pass a criminal and financial background checkThis is an in-person position in a conservative profession, visible tattoos and facial piercings will not be acceptable.If you also have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant and familiarity within our industry, we&rsquo;d like to meet you.Benefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offPay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>office assistant: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Maitland, FL 32751 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
