You&rsquo;ll be responsible for driving project delivery, maintaining code quality, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, developers, and management.This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment &mdash; someone who can balance technical depth with people management and client communication.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software projects.</li><li>Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of developers, ensuring timely progress and quality outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scopes, resolve issues, and maintain alignment.</li><li>Monitor and enhance software development, troubleshooting, and QA processes.</li><li>Track and report project performance using established tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, MS Project).</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.</li><li>Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, reports, and communication logs.</li><li>Drive innovation by introducing process improvements and leveraging modern technologies.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of proven experience managing software development projects (Web + Mobile).</li><li>Strong command over Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira or equivalent).</li><li>Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, Backbone, Ember, etc.), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Git.</li><li>Exposure to UI/UX design principles and basic design workflows.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and related management tools.</li><li>Demonstrated success in leading mobile app development projects (Android, iOS, Hybrid).</li><li>Excellent communication, client-handling, and leadership skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Project Management: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
