Job Summary</b></h2><p>
We are expanding and seeking an experienced and high-performing Senior Sales Engineer for our Building Automation division, Intesis. This role reports to the Regional Manager of Building Automation and is based in Riyadh, KSA.</p><p>

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our Intesis team, specializing in building automation and HVAC integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a proven track record in B2B sales, and a deep knowledge of communication protocols like Modbus, BACnet, and KNX. This role requires both commercial and technical expertise to support customers throughout the sales cycle.</p><p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p>
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will perform the following tasks:</p><ul><li>
Grow our range of Building Automation protocol translator/gateways and Air-conditioning interfaces under the Intesis brand within the Middle East region.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Global Key Account Manager to develop relationships with air-conditioning system manufacturers and their distribution networks.</li><li>
Develop business relationships with Building Management System (BMS) and Smart Home Automation system integrators.</li><li>
Understand customer requirements in HVAC, BMS, and automation, and recommend suitable Intesis products and integration solutions.</li><li>
Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and technical training for customers, distributors, and system integrators.</li><li>
Act as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle&mdash;from pre-sales consultation to post-sales support.</li><li>
Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners with strategic support from the Regional Manager.</li><li>
Develop and execute channel partner sales growth plans.</li><li>
Collaborate with Product Management to provide market feedback and influence future product development.</li><li>
Support customers with design-in activities, solution architecture, and integration of Intesis products into building automation systems (e.g., Modbus, BACnet, KNX).</li><li>
Assesses competitors by analysing and summarizing market trends and identifying sales opportunities.</li><li>
Build and maintain deep product and application knowledge.</li><li>
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li>
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and promotional activities.</li><li>
Represent Intesis at trade shows and industry events to promote solutions and build relationships.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) including opportunity tracking and project updates.</li><li>
Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.</li><li>
The selected candidate will be based in Riyadh - KSA and part of a professional and motivated team located in Dubai &ndash; UAE.</li></ul><p><b>
Essential requirements:</b></p><ul><li><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, or related field.</li></ul></li><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales or solution engineering in a B2B environment.</li><li>
Strong understanding of Building Automation communication protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, DALI, KNX) and/or experience working with Air-Conditioning Direct Expansion systems will be an advantage.</li><li>
Strong sales hunter mentality with a start-up mindset.</li><li>
Proficient English (spoken and written); able to communicate technical concepts clearly.</li><li>
Willing and able to travel extensively within the Middle East for customer visits, training, and events.</li><li>
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative attitude.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure.</li><li>

Must-Have Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Valid KSA driving license.</li><li>
Transferable visa or labor clearance from the current/previous employer; availability to join within 1 month (1 month notice period).</li><li>
 Access to a personal vehicle.</li><li>
No contractual restrictions (e.g., non-compete clauses) from current or previous employers.</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Proficiency in Arabic, French, or any additional languages (written and spoken).</li><li>
Prior experience working with GCC BMS and air-conditioning integrators, manufacturers, distributors, MEP contractors, or end-users.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of the GCC commercial and residential sector.</li></ul><p><b>

Main Responsibilities:</b></h2><ul><li>
Act as the primary technical support provider for KSA, Bahrain,Qatar for HMS Networks.</li><li>
Ensure customers get pre-sale and post-sale support to take full advantage of the Anybus, Ewon, Red Lion, and N-tron product ranges from HMS Networks.</li><li>
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see them to resolution; troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues.</li><li>
Work with the sales team on project planning, setting up evaluation demos, creating and validating product configurations, guiding field trials.</li><li>
Conduct on-site training for Integrators and Major End-Users; technical onboarding of Certified Channel Partners.</li><li>
Map and qualify HMS Networks product lines on major end-user vendor lists.</li><li>
Drive approvals for HMS wireless products with local wireless authorities and end users such as CITC KSA, also SASO/SABER, and Saudi Aramco, SEC, and NWC.</li><li>
Support the Market Unit Technical Services team for other regions when required.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Your profile:</b></h2><ul><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of IIoT or Industrial Automation.</li><li>
Industrial Engineer or equivalent engineering qualification.</li><li>
Proficient English level (technical writing and speaking) with the ability to communicate clearly, Arabic language preferred.</li><li>
Knowledge of IP/serial network and PLC protocols, MQTT, OPC UA, IoT, Protocol Gateways, Industrial Routers.</li><li>
Great communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude and strong work ethic.</li><li>
Willingness to travel within the Middle East and to learn new technologies, networking, wireless, and IIoT applications.</li><li>
