<div>Primary Duties and Responsibilities
<ul><li>The Telemetry Tech/Clerical Coordinator (CC/TT) I is responsible for monitoring electrocardiogram and SPO2 measurements constantly for designated patients and informing the RN of changes.
</li><li>Maintains and checks monitoring equipment daily.
</li><li>Works as a part of the patient care team to maintain organization within the clinical station, answer telephones and patient call lights promptly, assist patients, hospital visitors, and members of the healthcare team.
</li><li>Performs some clerical functions including organizing the clinical station, tracking equipment inventory, as well as monitoring electronic orders.
</li><li>Notifies Charge nurse of new admits and maintains census record.
</li><li>Participates in Swap Shifts to ensure skill competency.
</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div>
 <div>Education and Experience
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.
</li><li>Recent experience as a Telemetry Tech/Clerical Coordinator in an acute healthcare environment preferred.
</li><li>Completion of basic arrhythmia course and successfully passed ECG test required.
</li><li>Completion of a Clerical Coordinator course including medical terminology preferred.

The Claims Auditor is responsible for performing pre-payment and post-payment audits ensuring financial and processing accuracy, compliance with regulatory and health plan requirements of claims processed.
The Claims Auditor is responsible for auditing and confirming accuracy of the loading of:
<ul><li>Fee schedules
</li><li>Provider contracts
</li><li>Payor contracts
</li><li>Benefits
</li><li>Code changes
</li><li>System enhancements</li></ul></div>
 <div>Education and Experience
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent
</li><li>5 years of experience in a medical claims processing environment
</li><li>Knowledge of HMO/managed care regulatory guidelines
</li></ul>Preferred:
<ul><li>Experience with Epic Tapestry system
</li><li>3 years experience in claim audits, revenue recovery, or claims system configuration
