<p>We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful community. We&rsquo;re offering competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall maintenance experience is necessary. Minor electrical and plumbing, pool experience is a plus.</p>

</div><p>&middot; 1-2 years building and grounds maintenance experience and HVAC experience preferred but not required &middot; Great customer services skills</p><br>
<p></p>
&middot; Excellent problem-solving skills<br>
<p></p>
&middot; Experience in a residential community (preferred) &middot; Ability to lift 50lbs or more<br>
<p></p>
&middot; Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays etc., and response to emergency calls<br>
<p></p>

Job Duties:</b><br>
<p></p>
&middot; Daily property inspections &amp; reporting of any/all service issues to supervisor.<br>
<p></p>
&middot; Perform basic mechanical, electrical and grounds maintenance - Vendor scheduling and monitoring &middot; Maintenance of common areas, maintaining Work Order database<br>
<p></p>
&middot; Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash. &middot; Pool inspection and maintenance (CPO a plus).<br>
<p></p>
&middot; Perform minor repairs, touch up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.<br>
<p></p>
<ul><li>Identify and report any safety issues to management, scheduling an annual roof, storm drains, elevator and fire safety inspections.</li></ul>
