</p><p>HOAMCO has an opening for an Administrative Assistant for our offices in San Tan Valley, AZ. We are looking for a detail-oriented employee who will thrive by prioritizing daily duties and provide excellent customer service with professional communication skills both verbal and written.</p>
<p>This is a part-time position.</p>
<p><b>Qualifications</b>:
</p><ul><li>Experienced Administrative Professional</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of professional Admin experience
</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling interruptions as part of the routine</li>
<li>Quality customer service</li>
<li>Communication skills; both verbal and written</li>
<li>Proficient in knowing the basics in Microsoft Word programs</li>
<li>Ability to work in an executive level environment</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Job Duties:</b></p>
<ul><li>Administration tasks as provided, working both independently and with colleagues</li>
<li>Utilizing Microsoft Word based programs, Word, Excel and using Outlook to complete various admin projects</li>
<li>Answering phones while multi-tasking with projects
</li><li>Excellent customer service to both Homeowners and Board Members</li>
<li>Creative eye for polished written communications</li>
</ul>
<p>Selected Candidate is subject to drug and background screening.</p>

High School diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling interruptions as part of the routine.</li><li>
Typing 50 WPM.</li><li>
