<ul><li>Conceptualize and design engaging creatives for digital platforms including social media, website, e-commerce listings, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Develop visually compelling layouts for product packaging, advertisements, and print collaterals.</li><li>Use AI-based tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL&middot;E, Runway ML, ChatGPT, Firefly, Leonardo AI, Pika Labs) to create or enhance visuals, product mockups, and video content.</li><li>Edit and enhance product and campaign videos using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Runway ML, or Descript.</li><li>Design graphics using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW as per brand guidelines.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to develop design concepts that drive engagement and sales.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest design trends, AI innovations, and beauty industry aesthetics.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Tools:<ul><li>Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva Pro, Figma</li><li>Video Editing Tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Runway ML, Pika Labs, Descript</li><li>AI Tools (Preferred): Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Firefly, ChatGPT (for captions &amp; ideas), D-ID, Kaiber, or similar</li><li>Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding</li><li>Basic knowledge of animation, motion graphics, or short-form video creation is a plus</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands</li><li>Portfolio showcasing creative design, social media campaigns, and video work</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
