What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations 
<ul><li>Diagnose and repair plumbing systems in residential homes</li><li>Perform service calls for leaks, clogs, fixture repairs, water heaters, softeners, and more</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about solutions and options</li><li>Offer upgrades and system improvements when appropriate</li><li>Occasionally assist with or complete minor installations as needed</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized workspace and vehicle</li><li>Ensure safety for yourself, your team, and the customer's home</li><li>Accurately document work performed and materials used</li></ul></li>

What You Bring
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience 
<ul><li>Strong understanding of plumbing systems and installation methods</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and dispatch</li><li>A self-motivated, detail-oriented mindset with leadership potential</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record</li></ul></li>

Work Environment:
Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodation may be made to perform essential functions.
