Job Title: Shopify E-Commerce (Remote, India) MUST be fluent in EnglishHoc-Age home decor is a manufacturing company with deep roots in India and international reach. We design, produce, and export premium home furnishings. As we expand our direct-to-consumer &amp; digital presence, we need someone who can bring our brand online at scale on Shopify.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Shopify expert to build, maintain, and grow our Shopify storefront(s). You will be the technical and strategic lead for our online store, working closely with design, product, operations, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless, high-converting shopping experience.Though based in India, this is a remote role. You can work from anywhere in India, as long as you coordinate well with teams and deliver results.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Architect, develop, and customize Shopify stores (themes, Liquid, apps, checkout, payment gateways)</li><li>Translate our product lines (textiles, home d&eacute;cor) into appealing, conversion-optimized product pages and collections</li><li>Optimize site performance: page speed, mobile responsiveness, caching, image optimization</li><li>Integrate &amp; manage apps (email, reviews, upsell/cross-sell, loyalty, etc.)</li><li>Set up analytics and tracking (e.g. GA4, Shopify Analytics, events) and generate insight reports</li><li>Collaborate with operations/production teams to sync inventory, orders, shipping workflows</li><li>Test and iterate landing pages, funnels, checkout flows, A/B tests</li><li>Troubleshoot site issues, ensure robust uptime, handle escalations</li><li>Stay updated on Shopify ecosystem, new features, relevant e-commerce trends</li><li>(Optional) Lead migrations from other platforms or multi-store setups</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Proven hands-on experience managing Shopify stores (setup, theme customization, integrations)</li><li>Proficiency in Liquid, HTML/CSS/JS &mdash; ability to modify themes and add custom functionality</li><li>Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, AOV, basket abandonment)</li><li>Experience with performance optimization, mobile UX, SEO in Shopify context</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally and manage communication across remote &amp; in-house teams</li><li>Excellent spoken &amp; written English</li><li>Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Bonus: experience in home decor, textiles, or consumer goods categories</li><li>Bonus: experience with ERP/ERP integration, drop-shipping, international shipping</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Gain / Why Join Us<ul><li>True ownership of the Shopify store end-to-end</li><li>A role in a company that bridges Indian manufacturing and global markets</li><li>Remote flexibility &mdash; work from anywhere in India</li><li>Opportunity to scale the brand digitally, experiment, innovate</li><li>Collaborate with design, product, and operations to see your work translate into real products</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease send:<ul><li>Your resume / CV</li><li>A cover letter summarizing your Shopify experience (especially in relevant product categories)</li><li>Links to Shopify stores you&rsquo;ve built or managed (live sites preferred)</li><li>One short case: describe an initiative you led (e.g. improved site speed, increased conversion rate, built custom app) and its results.</li></ul>We will review applications and shortlist candidates for interviews.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
