Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Epicor Kinetic Configurator Developer to assist in developing and maintaining product configurators within the Epicor Kinetic ERP system.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in programming who is keen to develop their skills in ERP development and manufacturing software. Full training on Epicor Kinetic will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist in the development and maintenance of Epicor Kinetic configurators.</li>
<li>Modify existing configurator logic to meet business requirements.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues with configurators.</li>
<li>Write and maintain C# code.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain LINQ queries.</li>
<li>Test configurators before deployment.</li>
<li>Work with senior developers to implement new functionality.</li>
<li>Document changes and follow development standards.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>Basic knowledge of C#.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of LINQ.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.</li>
<li>Understanding of programming fundamentals including variables, loops, conditional statements, methods and classes.</li>
<li>Good problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Good communication skills.</li>
<li>A willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.</li>
</ul>
Desirable Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience with .NET.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of SQL Server.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Entity Framework.</li>
<li>Any experience with ERP systems or manufacturing software would be advantageous but is not essential.</li>
</ul>
Experience
<ul>
<li>A degree, HNC/HND, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Development or a related discipline.</li>
<li>Commercial programming experience is desirable but not essential.</li>
<li>Recent graduates and junior developers are encouraged to apply.</li></ul>
