<ul><li><b>Preventative Maintenance:</b> Deliver scheduled PM services to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.</li>
<li><b>Onsite Service:</b> Perform repairs and maintenance at customer sites, ensuring timely and professional service.</li>
<li><b>Advanced Diagnostics: </b>Utilize computer-based diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex issues on forklifts and related equipment.</li>
<li><b>Order Management:</b> Track purchase orders accurately for parts and reimbursement purposes, maintaining clear documentation.</li>
<li><b>Customer Collaboration: </b>Communicate effectively with the sales and service teams, as well as customers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.</li>
<li><b>Safety:</b> Ensure a safe working environment by upholding safety protocols and promoting a safety-first culture among all employees.

<b>What You Need</b>
</div><ul><li>Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with experience in hydraulic and electrical systems.</li>

<li>Familiarity with computer-based diagnostic tools and technology.</li>
<li>Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to travel to customer sites.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in mechanics is a plus.</li>
