<div>Position Summary</div>
<div></div>
<div>The IT Intern will provide support to the Information Technology team by assisting with daily IT operations, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, system deployment, and infrastructure support. This position provides hands-on experience with end-user support, hardware, networking, and IT processes while working closely with a designated mentor.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Essential Responsibilities</div>
<div></div>
<div>The IT Intern will assist with:</div>
<div></div>
<div>1. Providing end-user troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues</div>
<div>2. Performing device maintenance, setup, configuration, and basic repairs</div>
<div>3. Assisting with system deployments, including preparing and installing equipment</div>
<div>4. Managing and updating IT support tickets to ensure issues are tracked and resolved</div>
<div>5. Supporting physical layer setup, including cabling, equipment connections, and workstation setup</div>
<div>6. Assisting with network diagnostics and troubleshooting connectivity issues</div>
<div>7. Maintaining hardware documentation and assisting with hardware mapping</div>
<div>8. Supporting inventory tracking and organization of IT equipment</div>
<div>9. Learning and following established IT procedures, security practices, and documentation standards</div>

<div>Qualifications</div>
<div></div>
<div>1. Interest in pursuing a career in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field</div>
<div>2. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts</div>
<div>3. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn</div>
<div>4. Ability to communicate effectively and provide professional support to team members</div>
<div>5. Ability to work independently while receiving guidance and mentorship</div>
<div>6. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude</div>

The IT Intern will receive hands-on training and mentorship from our System Administrator while gaining practical experience supporting business technology systems and IT operations.</div>

</div><div>This position is part of a 12-week internship program designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development within the Information Technology field.</div>

<div>Upon successful completion of the internship, and based on business needs, performance, qualifications, and overall fit, this position may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time employment opportunity. An evaluation will be completed at the conclusion of the internship to determine next steps.</div></div></div>
