Experienced Case Writer &amp; Immigration Processor Location: On-Site Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Immigration &amp; LegalWe are currently seeking experienced Case Writers and Immigration Processors with in-depth knowledge of the EB-2 NIW program to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing comprehensive petition packages, working directly with clients, and ensuring all documentation meets USCIS standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare, draft, and review EB-2 NIW petition letters, personal statements, and supporting documentation.</li><li>Conduct client interviews and gather necessary information to assess eligibility.</li><li>Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal team members to ensure case accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized case files and client records.</li><li>Stay updated with U.S. immigration law and policy changes relevant to the EB-2 NIW program.</li><li>Meet strict deadlines while managing multiple active cases efficiently.</li></ul>Ideal Qualifications:<ul><li>1+ years of experience in U.S. immigration case preparation, specifically with EB-2 NIW petitions.</li><li>Strong understanding of USCIS documentation requirements and adjudication trends.</li><li>Exceptional communication and writing skills with the ability to draft persuasive, concise, and legally sound case narratives.</li><li>High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload.</li><li>Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Law, Political Science, International Relations, etc.)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working in a U.S. immigration law firm or consultancy setting.</li><li>Familiarity with other employment-based U.S. immigration categories is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of project management tools or CRM systems.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid options)</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development</li><li>Supportive, international team culture</li><li>Exposure to a diverse and dynamic client base</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthLocation:<ul><li>Lahore (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
