Position Overview:The Content Writer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and refining recommendation letters and EB-2 NIW documents for clients applying under the U.S. Employment-Based Immigration Program. The role requires a strong command of professional and persuasive writing, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to align client backgrounds with U.S. immigration legal standards and evidentiary criteria.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft and edit recommendation letters tailored to each client&rsquo;s professional background, achievements, and area of expertise.</li><li>Write and review petition letters (NIW petition statements) in compliance with USCIS guidelines and the Matter of Dhanasar framework.</li><li>Conduct thorough research on each client&rsquo;s career, field of work, and national importance to accurately highlight their professional impact.</li><li>Ensure all written materials are clear, factual, and persuasive, presenting clients as strong candidates for the National Interest Waiver.</li><li>Collaborate with the Petition Operations &amp; Compliance team to refine drafts based on case strategy and attorney feedback.</li><li>Review petitions for consistency, grammar, tone, and factual accuracy, ensuring alignment with the client&rsquo;s supporting evidence.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of all client information and documentation.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience writing legal and professional documents</li><li>Understanding of USCIS evidentiary standards and the Dhanasar framework.</li><li>Ability to identify and articulate a client&rsquo;s national and global impact in professional writing.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Workspace.</li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<ul><li>Timely delivery of high-quality drafts per assigned cases.</li><li>Accuracy and compliance with immigration writing standards.</li><li>Positive feedback from Petition Managers and Attorneys.</li><li>Reduced revision cycles per case.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
