Job Summary:We at HOF Global are hiring Accounts Executive, the ideal candidate would be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, and supporting the company&rsquo;s financial planning and control functions. The role involves maintaining accounting records, preparing financial statements, processing transactions, and assisting in audits and budget preparation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and journals.</li><li>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.</li><li>Prepare and submit tax returns, GST/VAT filings, and other statutory reports.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial systems and reporting.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA qualification preferred).</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Integrity and confidentiality</li><li>Financial accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Time management and prioritization</li><li>Proactive problem-solving</li><li>Team collaboration</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>relevant: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Lahore (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
