If you enjoy working with documents, spotting errors, and creating polished, client-ready materials, this role is for you. It&rsquo;s especially well‑suited for those with experience in legal support, proofreading, docket review, or formatting complex reports.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Support the Team: Provide administrative support to assurance staff, managers, and partners across multiple offices.</li><li>
Format &amp; Prepare Documents: Create and refine Word and Excel documents&mdash;tables, headers/footers, roll‑forwards, and technical reports requiring consistent formatting.</li><li>
Proof &amp; Verify: Review reports for accuracy, track changes, foot reports using 10‑key, and ensure all details meet professional standards.</li><li>
Assemble Deliverables: Compile final reports, prepare PDFs, and coordinate deliverables to clients.</li><li>
Communicate Professionally: Draft client letters and handle occasional inbound calls.</li><li>
Help Where Needed: Assist with scheduling, confirmations, internal events, and occasional switchboard or mailroom support.</li></ul>
What You Bring<ul><li>
High school diploma (computer/business coursework a plus)</li><li>
Experience in administrative or office support</li><li>
Proficiency in Word and Excel (tables, formatting, basic formulas)</li><li>
Familiarity with Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, organization, spelling, and grammar</li><li>
Experience using 10‑key</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and communicate professionally</li><li>
Bonus: Background in legal, audit, compliance, or other document‑intensive environments</li></ul>
