</div><ul><li>Collaborate with the Operational Development Manager to define and implement the operational development strategy for Geocycle platforms.</li>
<li>Develop and execute performance assessment programs for Geocycle platforms and external suppliers, including scheduled site visits to identify improvement opportunities.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and propose operational optimization initiatives to improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of all platforms.</li>
<li>Develop technical solutions to enable the safe and efficient handling of new alternative fuel products, including both liquid and solid materials.</li>
<li>Lead and participate in platform improvement and upgrade projects to enhance operational performance, safety, and process efficiency.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Support the commissioning and start-up of new platforms, ensuring compliance with health, safety, operational procedures, and performance standards.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Provide on-site coaching, guidance, and technical training to operations teams during platform commissioning and start-up activities.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Design, implement, and deliver a structured training program for supervisors across all Geocycle platforms to strengthen operational capabilities and standardize best practices.</li>
<li>Consolidate, monitor, analyze, and challenge platform performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) , including costs, throughput volumes, productivity, and operational efficiency, and recommend corrective actions where required.</li></ul><br>
